Air-Fried Buffalo Broccoli Stems
A quick, healthy, and fun snack that can be made in just a few minutes to utilize those stalky stems and avoid food waste.

Wet Ingredients
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup flour
Dry Ingredients
- ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp buffalo sauce
Cut the broccoli stems into ¼ inch coins
Mix the wet ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Coat the stems in the wet mixture, and with a clean hand, evenly coat the stems in the dry mixture.
Air Fry the stems in a single layer for 10 minutes at 375°.
