A delicious combo of spinach, pears, crumbled tempeh, dried cranberries and pistachios tossed in an maple-thyme balsamic vinaigrette.
Perfect as a main salad or as a side dish with a savory meal!

Maple-Thyme Balsamic Vinaigrette

neutral oil

balsamic vinegar

maple syrup*

garlic

sprigs
fresh thyme
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all the salad ingredients to a large bowl.
Add all the vinaigrette ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend for a minute to combine and emulsify.
Add the vinaigrette to the salad.
Enjoy!
Notes
Substitutions:
Maple Syrup: feel free to sub this for agave or any other liquid sweetener of choice.
