Heat oil of choice in a large cauldron and add the cauliflower, cashews, onion, garlic and turmeric. Sauté for 10-12 minutes while stirring often to avoid burning the garlic.
Add the veggie broth, nooch, salt and pepper and cook until soft or until whenever you can easily mash a piece of cauliflower with a fork.
Blend everything with an immersion or standing blender.
