Simple Almond Butter Granola
Crunchy and filling almond butter granola that is baked to golden perfection.

Wet Ingredients
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
- 3 cups oats
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 325°F
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the wet ingredients to the bowl and stir until the dry ingredients have been evenly incorporated with the wet ingredients.
Pour the contents of the bowl onto a baking sheet lined with a nonstick surface.
Evenly spread the contents across the pan and press/flatten it down with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Let it cool for 10 minutes and then break apart.
