Creamy Oat Milk

A creamy, 3-ingredient oat milk made in 5 minutes or less!

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Cheesecloth

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend at high speed for 45 seconds.
  • Strain the oatmilk through a cheesecloth two times.

Notes

Very lightly squeeze the cheesecloth to remove more of the milk from the oat pulp.
